A residence authorisation that non-EU nationals can apply for in order to carry out the prior procedures to develop an entrepreneurial activity, or to start, develop or manage an economic activity as an entrepreneur in Spain; to work in Spain in positions requiring high qualifications; or as workers relocating to Spain within an employment, professional or vocational-training relationship, with a company or group of companies established in Spain or another country.

Long-term stay for studies

For people who want to study in Spain and, if they wish, work at the same time — to raise their skills and move up to the next level.

A long-term stay authorisation that allows you to remain in Spain for a period of more than ninety days to pursue higher education, post-compulsory secondary education, student mobility, volunteering services or training activities. Depending on the type of studies, it must be processed either from your country of origin or also from within Spain.
