I already have residence from the 2026 regularisation. Can I move to a Law 14/2013 authorisation?
Yes, if you meet the requirements. Article 74 quinquies.1 opens the authorisation to anyone lawfully in Spain, so there is no need to leave the country or apply for a visa. The most common route is international remote work, which asks for three months of a working relationship with a company based outside Spain immediately before you apply.
